If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Once we receive the returned item, Mobile & Electronics will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines/notification/law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 additional business days to reflect the same in your account.

Return policy-
We do not have a return policy once the goods are purchased by the Customer from our Online store

In case of any Product defects during the warranty period, the customer needs to get in touch with the Authorized Service Centres of the Brand who will check whether there is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product purchased from us.Our Invoice Copy needs to be shown to the Service Centre to claim the product warranty

In case of a Genuine Manufacturing defect, a replacement would be provided directly by the Service Centre/company.

Return policy
In case we do not have product in stock at time of your purchase, a 100 % refund would be done back to you within 5-7 Business Days
